The War on Christmas
Every year we have come to expect the ACLU to wage war on Christmas. Just recently, the ADF won a victory for a school threatened by the ACLU over a nativity scene. The ACLU have created an environment that has spread like a virus across the nation. The far left have taken the politically correct ball and ran with it. They have redefined in their own minds, and in the minds of many Americans that "all inclusive" means "excluding" Christianity.
The environment the ACLU have created through threatening tactics across the years have made many schools proactive. In order to avoid lawsuits, some schools straight out banned the C word. This year, however, legal groups are being preemptive. The Alliance Defense Fund has even devoted a website, and offered free legal advice to any who feel they are being censored this year.
A backlash is happening this year as the American people are making their voices known. Wal-Mart felt the backlash, and backed off the politically correct exclusion of the word Christmas after being threatened with a boycott. Boston set off a furor this week when it officially renamed a giant tree erected in a city park a “holiday tree” instead of a “Christmas tree.”
The Capitol officially returned to calling it a Christmas tree instead of a holiday tree. Lowes also dumped the "holiday" reference after public outcry.
One Michagan family was told they could not display a nativity scene on their own lawn. After being threatened with fines if they did not remove it, they contacted the Thomas More Law Center, and were victorious in standing up for their rights.
Bill O'Reilly is leading the charge on his show, featuring the secularization of Christmas. John Gibson, also of FOX news has even written a book about it.
They are not alone, bloggers are reacting too. California Conservative has teamed up with us, and created a petition to support Christmas. Stop The ACLU is providing Christmas decorations for your blog. Kevin McCullough is asking his readers to send the ACLU Christmas cards.
Across the nation, people are standing up to the ACLU. In Georgia, legislators are proposing a bill that would allow counties to freely display historical documents “without threat from the ACLU. The Louisiana Legislature has approved a resolution urging Congress to pass the Constitution Restoration Act, a bill that would prohibit federal courts from ruling in cases involving government officials who acknowledge God “as the sovereign source of law, liberty or government.” Under the bill, any judge who violates the proposed rule by making “extrajurisdictional” decisions will have committed an offense that is grounds for impeachment.
Representative Hostettler has introduced legislation to the House that would limit attorney fees in Establishment Clause cases to injunctive relief only.
We have a petition set up asking Congress to stop taxpayer funding for the ACLU. Stand up, and fight the ACLU.

FRANCE TAXES AIRLINE TICKETS TO PAY FOR GLOBAL POVERTY
PARIS - France's Cabinet on Wednesday approved a plan to put a tax on airline tickets starting next year to finance efforts against poverty and disease in the developing world.
The international solidarity tax, however, drew harsh criticism from airlines and tourism sectors.
If approved by parliament, the tax would be levied starting July 1, 2006. The first funds would go toward fighting pressing problems including AIDS
President Jacques Chirac told Cabinet ministers.
Airlines, including France's national carrier Air France, have said the measure would hurt business as well as tourism — a large source of revenue in the developing world.
The levy would apply to tickets for departures from France, adding a $1.17 tax to economy class tickets within Europe and $4.70 for travels outside European airspace. France estimates the measure could raise $234 million a year.
The head of the National Federation of Freight Aviation, Jean-Pierre Le Goff, said the tax could scare off 600,000 to 1 million clients and affect 3,000-4,000 jobs.
Despite the misgivings, the solidarity tax is expected to win final approval by the end of the year, as Chirac's party has a strong parliamentary majority.
France — which hopes its national program will prove the bill could work on a larger scale — is among the countries that has made the case at the United Nations for a similar program at the international level. The United States has opposed the idea.
Now the UN is getting involved too. Of course we oppose this! If we choose to help poverty around the world, we're not going to be forced to send cash to nations that the UN supports, which is usually a ragtag group of dictators and communists. I'd love to see what Bolton says about this one if it comes up in the General Assembly. The French can't even handle their own economy, and their own poverty, but now plan on further taxing their own people to pay for poverty overseas. France is basically saying, we don't care about our own people, as long as we implement socialism around the world.
Kenders adds this clever quip- "If France was a person, it'd be clinically depressed and needs heavily medicated."
Couldn't put it better myself.

Right now, if an illegal immigrant makes it across the border in time to have a baby, that child is automatically a U.S. citizen according to current law. Never mind that it's completely against the point of the original Constitutional amendment. We're dealing with "living documents" and all that, right moonbats? Freedom Folks explains.
This language was added to the constitution after the Civil War to provide protection against blacks being denied their rights as newly recognized citizens. The widespread abuse of this misinterpretation is a crime we have allowed to go on for far too long. It should never have been interpreted as an invitation to sneak into the country to give birth as a way of circumventing the process of legally attaining citizenship.Apparently someone in Congress finally woke up and smelled the day laborers. Rep. Nathan Deal (R-GA) is sponsoring a bill that would deny citizenship to babies born to illegal immigrants in the U.S. Well, God bless that man. May his tribes increase (especially if they end up being productive members of society).
Of course, something as 'radical' as limiting citizenship to actual Americans who have chosen to give their allegiance to the United States of America couldn't go without being panned by the pro-immigrant lobby.
"It would be just wrong for us to deny such a basic right to just this population," said Angelica Salas, executive director of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, or CHIRLA.By "this population", I'm assuming they mean people who get one foot over the border and then plop out a baby, to be raised and supported by the federal and state government at the expense of taxpayers who have this little thing called a job. Sorry, no sympathy here.
"It goes against a tradition of really integrating immigrants into our society in order to unify us as a nation, and what it actually does, it further marginalizes a whole community," Salas said.Salas is missing the meaning of "integration". Integration is when someone legally enters the U.S., gets a job, learns the language, and calls themselves an American. They believe in patriotism. They understand the price of freedom, and that freedom is precious to them. To simply offer blanket citizenship, with all its rights and benefits, to people whose only goal in life is to be supported by Joe Taxpayer is asinine.
According to FOX, an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants are here. That's a lot of non-integration.
In related news, Bush is visiting Arizona and Texas today to talk about border security. I was pleasantly surprised--until I saw the focus of his visit.
White House aides say the president will make remarks pledging additional resources and the use of technology to secure the border. One concept he'll discuss is "interior repatriation," a term that means returning illegal immigrants from Mexico to the interior of their country, rather than returning them just over the other side of the border. In other words, spend more money taking them back.
Let's pretend you own a ranch. You have a critter problem. Animals of all different species are coming on to your land. Once they get across your fences, they steal your food, make a mess of everything, tear up the landscape, frighten your family, and in some cases even hurt or kill your livestock. You put out some live traps, releasing the animals back into the wild to run free in their own environment. But you're seeing the same animals back on your property almost immediately. What do you do? Let them run rampant on your property, taking your resources and giving nothing in return? Your ranch would go under. And why should you support them, anyway?
Now, before you start getting all moonbatty on me and accuse me of calling illegal immigrants animals, rest assured that I'm not. However, the principle is the same. They don't belong here, in most cases they don't contribute anything to society, and they do nothing but take from the legitimate citizens of this country. This idea of "interior repatriation" is nothing more than a catch and release program. There is no real deterrent to illegal immigration. People are simply put back across the border to do it all over again.
Bush will also make another pitch for his temporary worker program, which has never really caught on in Congress.Riiight. Temporary worker program? You mean "Legally Sponging Welfare in the U.S." program. Personally, I'd like to see that fence erected along the U.S.-Mexico border. Put one agent every mile in a guard tower with a pair of binoculars and a sniper rifle, with strict instructions to shoot on sight.
I was born here as a third-generation American. My grandparents came over from Europe, worked hard, and chased the American dream with a shovel and a lunchbox, not two outstretched hands. Citizenship is a privelige, not a right. It should not be handed to you simply in recognition of your border-jumping-while-pregnant skills.

Strange Twist in the Padilla Case
Listen. When you join the forces of the enemy, you've waived your rights as US citizen because you've joined the enemy!
Now you've got the fact that he was indicted, but...now it seems as though they're going to rule out the testimony of two Al Qaeda terrorists because the two whiners were 'subjected to harsh questioning.' Well booohoo!
The Qaeda members were Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, believed to be the mastermind of the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, and Abu Zubaydah, a top recruiter, who gave their accounts to American questioners in 2002 and 2003. The two continue to be held in secret prisons by the CIA, whose internal reviews have raised questions about their treatment and credibility, the officials said.
One review, completed in the spring of 2004 by the CIA inspector general, found that Mohammed had been subjected to excessive use of a technique involving near-drowning [known as waterboarding] in the first months after his capture, according to US intelligence officials.
To my way of thinking, terrorists deserve to be taken into the back and shot in the head. We are AT WAR. War is a war of attrition where you KILL THE ENEMY. Padilla identifies with the enemy, that much is clear. So what's the problem?
From the Superpatriots website:
Terrorists don't wear uniforms, have ID Cards, carry their weapons openly, wear unit patches (what would it say? AQ Killer Group with two burning towers as a logo?), or any of the other things required by Rule 4, except that they might be subordinate to a commander (like bin Laden, Hekmatyar, Mullah Omar, etc). But being subordinate to a madman does give rise to Geneva Conventions protections, you need to follow all of the requirements of Rule 4.
Some people say that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Cute saying, but not legally correct. Freedom fighters and guerillas, historically, wear uniforms- no matter how ragged or mismatched, they carry their arms openly, rarely target civilian women and children, have military ranks and often have Identity Cards. Examples include; Tito's resistance in WWII, Cuba- 1950's, Dominican Republic- 1960's, Nicaraguan Sandinistas- 1970's, the Salvadoran FMLN and the US backed Contras in the 1980's, Karen Rebels-1990's, and Commander Massoud's Mujahadeen resistance against the Soviets between 1980 and 1989, and Massoud's Northern Alliance resistance against he Taliban between 1996-2005.
On the flip side, you have the Taliban, al-Qaida, and other terrorist organizations, which do none of these things. Nor do they abide by or follow the Rules of Land Warfare {GC Article 4 ß 2 (d)}. Terrorists indiscriminately kill women and children through acts of terror. Terrorists behead their hostages (as compared to Jack, who was denounced by the Taliban Judge/bomber he captured for failing to allow the terrorist to use the bathroom for a full twelve hours). Terrorists are defined as people who engage in "the calculated use of violence or threat of violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are general political, religious, or ideological (US Army Special Forces Force Protection Handbook; Joint Pub 1-02 dated March 23, 1994)
The Detroit Free Press reported that the charges against Padilla did include conspiring to murder, kidnap, and maim Americans overseas and of providing material support to terrorists. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said Padilla had traveled overseas for training to fight in "violent jihad" and was part of a terrorist support cell that operated in the United States.
Oh, but they were subjected to "harsh questioning". Give me a freakin' break.
I suppose we should give them an ice cream cone and take them to a movie. We're already treating the terrorists at Gitmo better than we treat our own soldiers--their meals on average per day cost $4 a day to $3.60--the average meal cost per day for convicts costs $2.78 per day. The average cost of meals served the terrorists at Gitmo costs $12.68 per day.
Since when do we give preferential treatment to TERRORISTS? This is absolutely astonishing...but there are many more examples of it. They get a brand new Qu'ran, they get 24 hour access to an Imam, they get a new prayer rug, they get a sign in their cell that points to mecca, they get a prayer cap, etc., etc.. It's ridiculous!
This reminds me of the terrorists that supposedly were "hanging upside down" in the basement of Jack's safe house. Interesting that the journalists who reported the lies of these terrorists forgot to mention that there was no basement in that house. Also interesting that they didn't report that Specats and SF Ops have about 50 of those safehouses in and around Kabul.
When all was said and done, these people admitted that no torture occurred, but still maintained that Jack didn't allow them to pee for 12 hours, so they whined about THAT. That's just a wee bit different than being electrocuted, or having boiling water poured on you, like they originally claimed. That is, in fact, what happened to Jack and his men at Saderat immediately after they were taken into custody, but I don't hear the human rights activists complaining about THOSE injustices.
Idema was tortured with boiling water, starvation, threats of death, and assault with various implements (such as wire cables and rubber whips), resulting in broken ribs, a separated sternum, torn rotator cuffs, hemorrhaged eyes, multiple concussions, lacerations, contusions, and bruises. Although the U.S. Embassy later had medical reports indicating the extent of the torture, Sandra Ingram, Assistant U.S. Consul DOS Kabul, ordered the reports rewritten to tone down the extent of the injuries.
And let's not forget how they were treated at Thanksgiving:
Thanksgiving for Jack Idema, Captain Bennett, Lt Banderas, and Journalist Carabello went like this: Ten US Special Operations Soldiers were threatened by the Dept of State with Article 15’s (low level court martials) if they brought Turkey to Pulacharke Prison on Thanksgiving.
If that's not enough,
US Consul Addie Harchick visted them, refused them mail, and then tried to drive away with the water the Marines sent them, until an Afghan General had his bodyguards block the Embassy car and force them to deliver the water. One of the State Dept Security officers told the story at bar last night, and it made the boys sitting there listening f***ing sick. We treated Nazi POWs better than this.
Something's terribly wrong here, and part if it has to do with the leftists who are supporting the rights of the enemy versus truly supporting our troops and the people who are fighting the WOT on our behalf.
What is a veteran?
Except in parades, however, the men and women who have kept America safe wear no badge or emblem. You can't tell a Vet just by looking. So what is a vet?
He is the cop on the beat who spent six months in Saudi Arabia sweating two gallons a day making sure the armored personnel carriers didn't run out of fuel. He is the barroom loudmouth, dumber than five wooden planks, whose overgrown frat-boy behavior is outweighed a hundred times in the cosmic scales by four hours of exquisite bravery near the 38th parallel.
She - or he - is the Nurse who fought against futility and went to sleep sobbing every night for two solid years in Da Nang.
He is the POW who went away one person and came back another - or didn't come back AT ALL.
He is the Quantico Drill Instructor who has never seen combat - but has saved countless lives by turning slouchy, no-account rednecks and gang members into Marines, and teaching them to watch each other's backs.
He is the parade riding Legionnaire who pins on his ribbons and medals with a prosthetic hand.
He is the career Quartermaster who watches the ribbons and medals pass him by.
He is the three anonymous heroes in The Tomb Of The Unknowns, whose presence at the Arlington National Cemetery must forever preserve the memory of all the anonymous heroes whose valor dies unrecognized with them on the battlefield or in the ocean's sunless deep.
He is the old guy bagging groceries at the supermarket... palsied now and aggravatingly slow...who helped liberate a Nazi death camp and who wishes all day long that his wife were still alive to hold him when the nightmares come.
He is an ordinary and yet an extraordinary human being...a person who offered some of his life's most vital years in the service of his country, and who sacrificed his ambitions so others would not have to sacrifice theirs.
He is a soldier and a savior and a sword against the darkness, and he is nothing more than the finest, greatest testimony on behalf of the finest, greatest nation ever known.
So remember, each time you see someone who has served our country, just lean over and say Thank You. That's all most people need, and in most cases it will mean more than any medals they could have been awarded or were awarded.
Two little words that mean a lot,
"THANK YOU"

1. Give a huge Thank You to our boys fighting the War on Terror
Keep those things in mind this holiday. When you sit down with your families, if you're going to say a prayer, mention our boys serving overseas. While we're enjoying our dinners, they may be being shot at, but they know that we are thankful for them, as are the Iraqis and Afghanis that are now free. Happy Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving Stop The ACLU Blogburst
There is much to be thankful for this season. Most of all I am thankful to God, and my family. I hope everyone is enjoying this holiday, and spending time with their families. I put this up the night before Thanksgiving, because I will be taking the day off from blogging, and spending it with my family.
In the fight against the ACLU, there are many things to be thankful for. I am thankful for the 133 blogs that have joined our blogburst, and devote at least one day each week to fighting the ACLU.
I am thankful that for organizations like the Alliance Defense Fund who are fighting the ACLU for religion in public life. Alan Sears, the president of ADF has even written a book about it, ACLU Vs. America. Alan has appeared on O'Reilly and let the public know about the ACLU's perversion of the Constitution, and for that, I am thankful. I am also thankful that they will be at the forefront in protecting Christmas this year.
I am thankful for the ACLJ. They are out there fighting the ACLU too. They have backed the City of Las Cruces, and many other small towns over religious expression. They have fought for the free speech of pro-life demonstrators, when the ACLU were nowhere to be found. I am thankful for that. The ACLJ have also fought hard against the ACLU's attack against the Boyscouts, and for that I am also thankful.
I am thankful for freedom, and to our military that protects it. I know that many out there believe it is the ACLU who protect our freedom, but they are actually America's number one religious censor. It is our men and women who put on their uniforms each day, that leave their families back home, and go off to foreign lands to fight for liberation, and freedom. And even they are not immune to the ACLU's attacks. I'm am thankful to all our vets out there. Groups like the American Legion are vital components in the fight against the ACLU.
I am thankful for Congressmen and Representatives that have the guts to fight the ACLU. Many Congressmen have stood up for the Boyscouts. Representative Hostettler introduced the Public Expression of Religion Act to the House that seeks to limit attorney's fees to injunctive relief only in Establishment Clause cases. The cases the ACLU love the most. The American Legion has gotten behind this legislation, and many other organizations included us have put together a petition for it. The Center For Reclaiming America's petition recieved over 100,000 people backing it. For all of this, I am thankful.
I am thankful for the grace of God on our great Country. The secularists, through the Courts can take God out of the pledge or maybe even off our money, but they can't take God out of the heart of America. Thank God for that.
There are many reasons to fight the ACLU, and I am thankful that we are making progress. The ACLU will continue its attempts to rewrite our history, but its good to know that there will be people out there to fight it. The more the public becomes aware of the ACLU's agenda, the more people will fight it, and I am also thankful for that.
I am thankful for my family, and all the support they give to me. There is a lot to be thankful for.

WARNING!!!!! WHINY BITCHY ATHEISTS WITH NOTHING BETTER TO DO AHEAD!!!!
If the story linked in the title goes further, then someone needs to have something done about THIS!!!!
That's all I'm saying.
9th Circus Court
While we mainly focus on the ACLU over at Stop The ACLU,we feel obligated to keep everyone aware of other issues as well, especially judicial activism. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is one of the main Courts at the lead in this area. One of the judges that sit on this Court is Stephen Reinhardt. Many conservatives think that he is THE most dangerous judge in the country. He is literally married to the Executive Director of the Southern California ACLU, Romona Riptston. There is little doubt that Michael Newdow will do his best to have his most recent case against "In God We Trust" on the money heard by Rienhardt.
The 9th Circuit have given us controversial rulings such as the phrase, "Under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. They then turn around and rule that teaching children to be Muslims is O.K.
One ruling in particular has gotten many folks up in arms. Recently the 9th Circus has ruled that schools can teach children about sex, and that parents have no right to protest it. As a matter of fact their ruling was a blanket decision that pretty much stated that parents have no rights whatsoever on what their children are taught in public schools. Family advocate, James Dobson said, “I think that’s one of the most frightening examples of judicial tyranny that has come down.” Dobson called the 9th Circuit “the most out-of-control, imperious, unelected, unaccountable court in the country.
Dobson is not the only one that is concerned. Seven members of the House of Representatives set aside time to express outrage and say they’re not going to take it anymore.
Tennessee Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn says changes must be made.
“It is time to break the 9th Circuit apart. It is time to be certain that we address the activism that is taking place on the judicial bench in this country.”
The House has actually even passed a resolution asking the 9th Circuit to rehear this case. The resolution (H. Res. 547), sponsored by Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Pa., passed by a vote of 320-91.
There is no doubt, in my opinion, that the 9th Circus is one of the most dangerous Courts in the Nation. So, I am happy to reprint this email I got today.
Hello,
I would like to address our case before the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals, and the decision by Judge Stephen Reinhardt that parents have no constitutional right to prevent a public school from providing its students with whatever information it wishes to provide, sexual, or otherwise, when and as the school determines that it is appropriate to do so. The case before them is Fields vs. The Palmdale school district. This case stemmed from a sex survey given to 1st, 3rd and 5th grade students at Mesquite Elementary School three years ago. My son was one of them. He is in high school now and I believe he is still adversely affected by this incident.
On Nov. 16 The House of Representatives adopted House Resolution 547, introduced by Congressman Tim Murphy (PA-18), calling for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear Fields v. Palmdale. The resolution passed by the House declares “the fundamental right of parents to direct the education of their children is firmly grounded in the Nation’s Constitution and traditions,” the 9th Circuit undermined such right, and the Court should rehear the case and reverse its decision.
Please, we need more public help on this, more now than ever before. I created a website to raise awareness and garner support from the people. It is 9thcircus.com please visit this website and buy a lapel pin and show your support for our cause. Everyone needs to write or call their Representative or Congressperson or contact The 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals and tell them that parents’ rights are deeply imbedded in the tradition and constitution of The United States and they cannot be removed by a stroke of the pen by Judge Reinhardt.
We do a good interview. Tammany has been on CNN, The Today Show, MSNBC, and is being scheduled for Fox News. What I would ask from you is a reciprocal link to your website. Please tell me if this would be possible. This would be a great opportunity to spread the word.
Thank you,
Jim Fields
Absolutely Jim! Your website has been added to our resources! Everyone go take a visit.
I have Always thought that the Morons at Kos are A Bunch of, well Morons.
Over at the Pile Of Shit, or the Daily POS as some know it by, was this "gem" of wrong-headed analysis.
The latest incarnation of the New McCarthyism, the ugly Duncan Hunter stunt - the so-called "Murtha" resolution - blew up in their face.
The NYTimes reported that:
House Republicans are attempting to split the ranks of the Democrats tonight by offering a resolution to withdraw American troops from Iraq immediately.
The vote on the rule to bring the Fake Hunter Resolution to the floor for a vote passed 210-202, but every every Democratic representative who voted, voted against the rule and 5 Republicans joined the Democrats.
Obviously, the Republican attempt failed.
Here is why this shows, without one shred of doubt, why the poster, "armando" is a blathering moron with the IQ of a turnip.
The goal of this Resolution was to allow the Dems to follow through with all of the rhetoric they spew about "supporting the troops but not the war", to give them a chance to finally "put their money where their mouths are" so to speak. It was, after all, an idea thought up by a Democrat, (the withdrawal, not nailing the Dems to the door of the Capitol Building), and after months of hearing all of the BS from the left the GOP finally found their spine and called them on it.
The vote that Armando wrote about here was the vote to decide if the measure went to the floor for debate. Of course the Dems voted "NAY". They didn't want that Resolution on the floor for debate. They wanted that Resolution forgotten about. It made them look bad.
As well it should. When it came down to it even the Dems that stood up and said they would vote YEA on the Resolution voted Nay, as the progressive Black Caucus Chair swore he would vote to bring the troops home, and with his 43 members we see that he didn't get the job done, since the had a grand total of THREE YEA votes.
The Dems had two choices here if they didn't stop the Resolution from making it to the floor, which of course they didn't. Their two choices were, vote Yea on the Resolution, showing the world, their constituencies and most importantly the Military who the true cowards are, or vote Nay, making them appear strong on defense, but, more importantly finally giving the world solid proof that even though they say they are against the war, the Dems do NOT possess the guts to vote their convictions.
As my friend Kit says, the Dems are all suck and no swallow.

You May Notice a Slight Change.....
So we tramped over there loudly, talking about all the Blueberry Beer we had with us, which if you didn't know, is the best bait to catch an Ogre unawares. So once we stopped outside his cave, we yelled out that we had plenty of Blueberry beer and would he kindly join us for some, and maybe some kippers. He yelled back that he didn't trust us, because he knew it was about the time for his winter bath and he wasn't coming out but that we could come inside if we wished.
A few of us tried to sweet talk him out, like RomeoCat, who said she needed help to build a fire for the steaks she brought along, and Kit, who was in a bikini and telling Ogre that her top was coming off. It didn't do any good though.
Jay even started yelling about "EFFIN ACLU LAWYERS.....COME BACK HERE WITH OGRE'S BONE PILE", but Ogre wasn't having any of it.
That's when things got, uummm....weird.
TheMaryHunter, MadTech, Van Helsing and Rick Moran sauntered off into the woods. Those four had been sidling along by themselves at the back of the group for some time, muttering amongst themselves, and had, in fact, been late getting to the meeting point for this assault on Ogre's assaulting stench. I noticed them wandering off, but I don't think anyone else did, because most other people aren't a eagle eyed as I am.
It was about this time that Cao was standing right at the edge of Ogre's Cave, wearing a gasmask and using a bullhorn, ordering him to come outside this instance.
AlwaysOnWatch was off to the side with a priest she drug along, and he was busy blessing the soap. The water didn't need the blessing. It would pour off of Ogre like a lib running from the Truth, but that's OK, we expected that, and had a 5000 gallon water truck at the bottom of the hill, but the soap needed all the help it could get to break up six months of Grease Encrusted Ogre.
So the Priest continued to bless the soap, Cao kept yelling at Ogre, R'Cat and Kit were trying to build a fire while Jay was dancing with bones in his button holes and teasing Ogre about having his bone pile taken away to the dump when suddenly an ear piercing scream shattered the cacophony of insanity and shut everybody up.
I bet about now you're wondering "So, where were YOU during all of this Kender?"
I'm glad you asked. At the time of the scream I happened to be sitting back trying to remember the magic phrase for getting an Ogre out of a cave.
I know that phrase, I really do....anyway, this scream tears through the noise, and suddenly above Ogre's Cave is TheMaryHunter, MadTech, Van Helsing and Rick Moran, and they each have hold of a limb on this writhing human that is screaming the most inane things over and over;
"BUSHLIEDPEOPLEDIEDTHEREWERENOWMDS"
That is when I recognized the voice and the screeches, it was Markos Alberto Moulitsas Zuniga that the boys had stretched up above Ogre's Cave, and that is when I remembered the magic word to get Ogres' out of caves...
TROLLS!!!! I yelled as loud as I could, and man, let me tell you something. You've seen that movie about that great big green guy....the hulk is it? Anyway, that fellow had NOTHING on Ogre man.....luckily when Ogre runs the ground shakes, so Cao dove out of the way and missed getting run down by Ogre by a hairsbreadth. So Ogre charges out of his cave swinging his club, and one of the knots on his club snags one of the bones in Jay's button holes, sending Jay screaming through the treetops right at the boys and Markos.
I swear it was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Now picture this.
TheMaryHunter, MadTech, Van Helsing and Rick Moran each are holding a limb of Markos, who is screaming bloody murder, Cao is in the dirt at the side of Ogre's cave, Kit and R'Cat have the fire starting, AlwaysOnWatch and the Priest are standing with a case of Dawn dishwashing soap and a Bible and I am standing at the back next to a pressurized firehose while Ogre watches Jay soar oh-so-gracefully straight at the boys and Markos.
Got that pic in your head?
Good.
At that moment Jay flies right through the middle of the boys and Markos, sending everyone flying, Kit and R'Cat, along with Cao, jump at a distracted Ogre, hoping in the confusion to clamp one of his legs and hold him fast for a good bath, AlwaysOnWatch and the Priest run for the front of the cave, knowing that Ogre wouldn't push aside a Man of God that had the temerity to block his doorway.
MadTech and Van Helsing, meanwhile, are tumbling down the hill, on a crash course with AlwaysOnWatch and the Priest, and I see all of this happening, knowing that Ogre is going to get back in his cave without his seasonal bath, so I did the only thing I could do, which was grab the hose and yank back on that lever that makes it work.
Boy was that a mistake. It was just like a cartoon. I went whipping back and forth everywhere, up in the air and back down, slamming off of the ground and spraying water everywhere but on Ogre. At that moment Cao, Kit and R'Cat managed to get a long rope and had run around Ogre's legs in opposite directions, effectively tripping him up, but Ogre tried to fall INTO his cave to avoid his bath.
At that precise moment the hose whipped up and sprayed across the top of Ogre's cave, knocking Markos off of his precarious ledge and sending him tumbling down. As luck would have it, Markos' legs got wrapped up in the vines above the cave entrance and he jerked to an unceremonious and bone jarring stop with his head about two feet from the ground, which is a good thing too, cuz the fall might have hurt him.
This had the fortuitous side effect of making Markos an obstacle that Ogre couldn't get pass, because as smelly as Ogre can be, one touch from Markos would probably necessitate an amputation, either of the part of Ogre that touched it, or the part of Markos that touched Ogre, most likely though, since there was a Priest present, it would have been something amputated from Markos and Ogre would have needed a Prayer Chain, ten blessings and a truck load of antibiotics before he would have been assured that he wouldn't catch whatever Markos has.
They finally grabbed me, Kit and Cao I mean, when I swooped close to the ground and got control of the hose. Kit copped a feel BTW....she said it was an accident, but I don't know....that was an awful long "accident". That is when we realized that we didn't have any rags to scrub on Ogre with. I went through my pack, and after finding some very interesting things, none of which would have been good for scrubbing an Ogre with, I found my blog.
So I used my blog to scrub Ogre with.....but that's not why it is so much lighter in color....nope....it was still pretty dark when I got done using it to wash Ogre, not to mention greasy, but the thing is.....it smelled...funny....and not "funny-ha-ha", but more like "funny-I'm-gonna-hurl" or "Funny-I-think-I-smelled-this-in-a-fish-processing-plant-once". So I bleached it. Anyway, we got Ogre tied down, washed up and dried off. Did you know that he's ticklish?
We took Ogre into town for some real Blueberry beer afterwards, mostly because he was a pretty good sport about it all, and he didn't get too mad at Cao when she smacked him in the head with one of the brushes after he told Kit for the hundredth time that he wasn't clean "down there" and could she soap him up again.
When we got back Markos was gone.....I guess he fell down after we went to town. Ogre says he's gonna need to disinfect the whole place now, and may just as well set fire to everything. Ogre says you can never really get liberal stink out once it gets into the country side. I have a sinus infection right now so I asked Ogre what liberal stink smells like.
He says it smells like San Francisco.

A Soldier Goes To War
He has been in since late '96, and re-upped when he decided that civilian life wasn't all he wanted out of life.
He just returned from a deployment to New Orleans, along with another friend of mine.
He went to Bosnia in '88-'89, slugging it out in the streets over there through the winter.....now, with redeployment looming and some job somewhere humping boxes or filtering water on the "most-likely-to-be-assigned-to-you-Sgt.-Hathaway" list, he has decided that he simply needs to be in the thick of it.
He did that military thing with chain-of-command, in effect sending his qualifications and desire to be in the thick of things along said chain, and got what he wanted. He is off to Iraq, Armored, to a unit that has lost a lot of men in the last three months......he has friends over there, and has jumped at the chance to get back to the fray.
We were talking on the phone tonight, and I asked him, of course, if he was worried. He said;
"Hell yeah I'm worried, but I'm not afraid to die.....dying doesn't scare me Kender. What scares me is becoming Lt Dan."(A reference to Forrest Gump)
He continued
"This is what I do Kender, it's who and what I am. I am a warrior, a fighter...a soldier, and if nothing else, I should be there for my men.....some people, Kender, join the military looking for a career, and that's fine, but I didn't join looking for a career, I joined to serve my country, because I know this is where I fit best, and the Army has taught me Respect, Self-Reliance, Dignity, Honesty and above all else, the true meaning of Honor and Duty. The military isn't just my job Kender, it is my life.....these people are my family, just as much as my family I grew up around. I would fight to the death to save any one of them, and they would do the same for me.
That is why I serve, Kender."
His B-Day is two days before mine, in Dec. and we are gonna go get smashed and chase women....he'll be in uniform.....maybe, just for the fun of it, we'll go find us a martini bar in the Blue part of town.....as he said, "Fightin' or fuckin', Kender, one way or another I'm gonna have some fun."
HOO-AH Sarge.
HOO-AH!!!
ACLU's War Against National Security
In conjunction with the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the ACLU has lobbied hard against Arab-profiling at airports for years. “Profiles are notoriously under-inclusive,” says ACLU legislative counsel Gregory Nojeim. “Who knows who the next terrorist will appear as? It could be a grandmother. It could be a student. We just don’t know.”Source
The airline industry’s fear of such lawsuits is based on solid historical precedent. In 1993, for instance, the ACLU joined forces with the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) to sue Pan American World Airways for having detained a man of Iranian descent during the first Persian Gulf War.
So, the ACLU says political correctness trumps common sense. They block that route of securing ourselves from being blown up. What to do? Hmmm.. I've got it! Lets do random searches!
ACLU Files Suit Over Random Subway Searches. The New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU), the New York chapter of the ACLU, has announced that they intend on filing a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan today. The suit claims that the random bag searches before boarding the subway system is unconstitutional.
City lawyers have noted that an al-Qaida training manual advising terrorists to avoid police checkpoints gives the city some justification for its random searches of bags entering the subway system.
Ok, so the ACLU says no profiled searches, and no random searches. What about searches across the board? Nope. Raymond James Stadium tried it, and the ACLU sued. So, where does that leave us with searches? I think we can conclude that the ACLU are against all searches. Is this because they stand by the principle of the fourth amendment? The irony and hypocrisy here is that, the NYCLU HQ has a sign warning visitors that all bags are subject to search. Apparantly their war against searches is not based on principle.
But searches are not the only that brings criticism on the ACLU on the topic of National Security.
The ACLU and CAIR have actually taken up quite a number of cases together. In 2003, the Ohio chapter of the ACLU awarded its yearly “Liberty Flame Award” to the Ohio chapter of CAIR “for contributions to
the advancement and protection of civil liberties.” This same Ohio chapter, in August of this year, refused contributions from the United Way, as to not complete a required counterterrorism compliance form.
But it isn't isolated to one rouge chapter.
In October of 2004, the ACLU turned down $1.15 million in funding from two of it’s most generous and loyal contributors, the Ford and Rockefeller foundations, saying new anti-terrorism restrictions demanded by the institutions make it unable to accept their funds.
“The Ford Foundation now bars recipients of its funds from engaging in any activity that “promotes violence, terrorism, bigotry, or the destruction of any state.”
The Rockefeller Foundation’s provisions state that recipients of its funds may not “directly or indirectly engage in, promote, or support other organizations or individuals who engage in or promote terrorist activity.
What is this all about?
Although its website proclaims that it does not receive “any government funding,” it does get money from a program that allows federal employees to make charitable contributions through payroll deductions. Last year it got $470,000 from the program. (The ACLU’s 2002 annual budget, the most recent available, was $102 million.)
Now it had a choice: give up the money, or sign a promise certifying that the ACLU “does not knowingly employ individuals or contribute funds to organizations found on” government watch lists of suspected supporters of terrorism.
Trouble was, the ACLU had strongly opposed the lists, saying they were often inaccurate and violated the constitutional rights of some people.
But it really hated the idea of giving up the money.Source
So what did they do? Well, at first they decided they would try to trick the government. They decided to keep the money, AND keep hiring anyone they pleased, by what Nadine Strossen called a “clever interpretation.” Their solution was that if they remained ignorant of who was on the list, then they couldn’t “knowingly” hire anyone on the list. Anthony D. Romero, the ACLU’s executive director, tells the New York Times: “I’ve printed [the lists] out. I’ve never consulted them.”
To make a long story short, when The New York Times outted them, they caved in. But they didn’t cave in to the government, they just decided to forgoe the money, so they could still ignorantly hire people on the government watchlist. Isn’t that nice?
However, this isn't the end. The American Civil Liberties Union and 12 other national non-profit organizations successfully challenged Office of Personnel Management’s Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) requirements that all participating charities check their employees and expenditures against several government watch lists for “terrorist activities” and that organizations certify that they do not contribute funds to organizations on those lists. This is something the ACLU finds worthy of celebrating. In my opinion this is reason to be suspicious of what the ACLU does with its funds.
It isn't a far fetched idea to wonder if the ACLU uses its funds to support terrorism. The ACLU's history is tainted in this arena.
In 1985 Samuel L. Morrison, an employee of the Naval Intelligence Support Command was convicted and sentenced for stealing classified spy satellite photographs from his office, cutting off the “secret” designation and selling them to a foreign publication. The ACLU claimed that Morrison had the right to steal and sell these classified documents and the under the First Amendment.
Positions like these might be easier to understand if we look at ACLU Policy #117. They title this policy “Controlling the Intelligence Agencies”. ”
Limit the CIA, under the new name of the Foreign Intelligence Agency, to collecting and evaluating foreign intelligence information. Abolish all covert operations. Limit the FBI to criminal investigations by eliminating all COINTEL-PRO-type activity and all foreign and domestic intelligence investigations of groups or individuals unrelated to a specific criminal offense.
Prohibit entirely wiretaps, tapping of telecommunications and burglaries. Restrict mail openings, mail covers, inspection of bank records, and inspection of telephone records….”
The ACLU Defends the P.L.O.
“I’m afraid even the good guys on civil liberties are going to be against us on this one.” Those are the words of ACLU Executive director Ira Glasser on the ACLU’s decision to represent an agent of Yassir Araftat’s Palestine Liberation Organization.
I wonder if his definition of “good guys” meant American citizens who care about their country and are not willing to grant sworn terrorists complete freedom within our borders. If so, he is absolutely correct. We are against that one.
“Arafat’s group of ruthless murderers had set up an “information office” in Washington D.C, only a few blocks from the White House.
The ACLU Defends "Mad Dog" of Libya, Muammar Qaddafi.
“In 1985, the ACLU learned of an alleged plan by the CIA to engineer Qaddafi’s overthrow. Outraged, they put together a “strenuous” public protest against this proposed action.
In a letter fillled with self-righteous indignation, Morton Halperin, Director of the ACLU Washington office, expressed his opinion of that plan to Sen. David Durenberger, Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, with copies to everyone imaginable.
And to make sure no one was left out, the ACLU also issued a press release trumpeting it’s opposition to any attempt to oust Qaddafi.”
The ACLU has also shown itself a willing tool of the terrorists, waging a massive anti-anti-terrorism legal campaign. This pillar of the legal Left denounced the government’s requirement that men aged 16-25 holding “temporary visas” from nations with known ties to terrorism register with the INS; represented Sami al-Arian, the North American fundraiser and co-founder of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (filing a brief upholding his inalienable right to fresh briefs!); rallied on behalf of convicted al-Qaeda benefactor Maher Mofeid Hawash; urged local communities not to cooperate with federal anti-terror investigations; and opposed the FBI’s monitoring Islamist mosques. As David Horowitz notes in his book Unholy Alliance, radical Center for Constitutional Rights lawyer Ron Kuby notes the “passionate…identification” most lawyers feel with their clients, such as that of convicted terror enabler Lynne Stewart for World Trade Center bomber Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman. Given her aid for international Islamic terrorism, the government is right to keep a watchful eye on those who perpetually side with the enemy. Front Page Magazine
They have fought hard for the release of Abu Ghraib images depicting sickening torture of our enemies, further inflaming the propaganda war on the side of the enemy. The ACLU also submitted a 37-page report to the United Nations Human Rights Committee describing specific U.S. breaches of the political and civil rights covenant.
The report included sections on “Excessive Government Secrecy”; “Racial Profiling of the U.S. Arab, South Asian, and Muslim Communities”; “Criminalization of Political Protest”; “Increased Surveillance Powers”; and “Random Searches.”
Recently the ACLU have decided to represent two detainees who claim the U.S. Military threw them into lions dens. Somebody is lion alright. They have also accused the U.S. military of outright murdering 21 detainees. They have even advised the majority of the prisoners at Gitmo that they did not have to answer questions from military interrogators.
Actions like these have enraged groups like The American Legion, and Christians for Reviving American Values, who are asking Congress to investigate the ACLU. The American Legion is already mobilizing its members to fight the ACLU over issues such as the Boyscouts. The sympathy for the enemy also has them fired up. To many of these groups, and to many Americans, the perception is that The ACLU cares more about terrorists than it does about America.
As you can see, balancing national security interests with a respect for civil liberties is not the goal of the ACLU. Its goal is the absolute pursuit of civil liberties, without regard for its consequences. Gone are the the carefully worded policies that guided Union thinking during World War II. Gone, too is any kind of talk about the enemies of the United States. It is hard to imagine a person vile enought, or a crisis serious enough, to shake the ACLU from its absolutist position during wartime. The tragedy is it is not just the nation's security that stands to lose as a result, it is the cause of liberty itself.

2,000 Raging Muslims
Via WND we learn the latest from the religion of peace.
They came in buses to the small village of Sangla Hill in the Nankana district of Punjab in India.
Some 2,000 organized Muslims first vandalized three churches, a nuns' convent, two Catholic schools, the houses of a Protestant pastor and a Catholic priest, a girls' hostel and some Christian homes, according to Asia News.
Then they burned them to the ground, while about 450 Christian families fled yesterday. They have not returned.
The Justice and Peace Commission accuses the police of "criminal negligence" because they did not intervene.
Lawrence John Saldanha, archbishop of Lahore Archdiocese and chairman of the National Commission for Justice and Peace, said "the attack seems to have been planned and organized as the attackers were brought to the site in buses and instigated to commit violence and arson. It gave our people a lot of fear and anxiety but we hope the government will do something."
The violence began 10 a.m. Saturday and was apparently motivated by the latest blasphemy case. On Friday, a Christian, Yousaf Masih, allegedly burned some copies of the Koran and disappeared. One of his brothers, Salim Masih was arrested the day before. The Commission of Justice and Peace in Lahore ruled that the blasphemy accusations were false and stemmed from the accusers having a financial dispute with the families they accused.
Just a little note to the liberal apologists, ACLU, etc. Don't straddle the fence. Choose your sides, because this war is only about to get worse. I pray for you all to get on the side of good. This is a spiritual war for sure. The extremists of Islam will do their evil, and you can either keep trying your multi-culturism, politically correct crap, or not. It doesn't matter to the raged murderers of Islam either way. You can keep feeding the aligators, but don't think that means they will eat you last.
I'm really wondering, hmmmm...why isn't this all over the MSM? I think we should make the MSM folks know about this one.
Its time to wake up! This is a global war, and it is a spiritual one. The French are getting their wake up call. Are they listening? Jordan's getting its wake up call! Are they listening? England, your Queen are in their sites. Are you listening? You would think after 9/11 America would be listening. However, our politically correct, are too busy rewritting history. What will it take for America and the world to put aside their political differences and unite against evil?
In Honor of A True Hero, Patriot and Friend
To all of you that serve our country so selflessly, Thank You!!!
It is Veteran's Day, and that has given me pause to realize that many of those I would call to thank on this day in past years are no longer with us.
My Grampa, Charley, and my friend Bill.
I met Bill when I was 12 years old at Del Mar racetrack. It was the summer of '81 and he was a "pony boy". Those are the guys on horses that lead the runners to the post in the afternoons. I was a royal pain in the ass to the pony people that summer. A nosy kid with a million questions and a smart assed attitude, and even though they picked on me they also admired my pluck and I still call several of them friend.
Bill was a Viet Nam vet, and a highly decorated one at that. He was also one of the best horsemen I have ever known, and was fond of saying "If it has hair I can ride it, just as long as it's a horse or a woman."
Bill passed away towards the end of '03, of a massive heart attack in his sleep. When our friend Les found him that morning he had to take Bills dog Bandit away so the paramedics could pronounce him. Bandit wasn't letting those guys in at all.
I admire loyalty like that, and so did Bill. That may be one of the reasons we stayed friends from the day I met him until the day he died. Bill was outspoken in our little world of the "backside" of the racetrack. He despised the illegals that flooded the horse racing world and let them know it every chance he could.
He especially hated the guatamalens. They had a habit of throwing used toilet paper on the floor, due to the fact that where they came from the sewer system couldn't handle the paper, so their habit was to toss it down.
When Bill passed I was asked to do the eulogy. I had hired a piper and the cemetary had an Honor Guard present.
I wrote a eulogy, planning to read it at the funeral. I didn't. I couldn't. Only my trusty flask gave me the composure to say a few words and ask his other friends to step up and relate stories of Bill. We laughed alot that day. Bill would have liked that.
Here is what I didn't read that day:
He called me Wart. From about the very first time I met him, he called me Wart. Not in a mean way, but because that is what Merlin called young Arthur while Arthur was under the old mages' tutelage. I have always considered it a compliment. That he should see in me a great potential like that astounded me, and made us friends.
There is no possible way to compress 22 years of friendship into words. It simply cannot be done when you have a friend like him. And as I stand here, squinting through the tears, I smile at the antics we pulled. At the jokes, the mornings having coffee, the late afternoon barbeques at Del Mar, at the way he could tell someone in spanish about their mother and the goat.
He is a hero of this country, who suffered from his service, having recurring flashbacks throughout the rest of his life after he was in the Army...he loved his horses, his dogs, his fishing, and truly cherished those few lucky people he called friend.
He was a cowboy to the bone and a Patriot through and through. He won numerous medals in service to this country. While leading a seek and destroy mission in mid 1966, he and his men came under fire as soon as they hit the LZ, with his men badly outnumbered, he crawled through heavy enemy fire, and while hunkered down just 10 meters from the enemy, he directed fire and then called in a mortar attack on his own position. He was wounded, as were two of his men, but they survived, and he was awarded The Bronze Star, received for heroism in combat...he also earned The Silver Star, and flew on 25 missions, in a 28 hour span, through enemy airspace, manning a gun on a helicopter to earn The Air Medal.
Two Army Commendation Medals were awarded him for his exemplary example to his comrades in arms, to quote one of his citations, "he has consistently returned outstanding results above and beyond the call of duty.", and was three times awarded the Purple Heart, for wounds received in battle with a hostile force.
If he had lived in another time, he would have been the same. He had an honesty about him that most people don't feel comfortable with anymore.
In the middle ages, he would have been a knight. Had he lived in the 1800's, certainly he would have rode the west, camping out 'neath the stars and still being his own man. He never twirled a rope, but still he was a cowboy...living life on his terms, speaking the truth, no matter the consequences....he kept his own counsel and was slow to call someone his friend...if he did though, he always was there for you....few knew his given name......fewer still would call him by it.....and even fewer could get away with it...I was one of those few that could....and I will forever miss my Friend Willis Webster Grube, better known to those that love him and those that he loved, as Bill.
Bill was cremated, as per his wishes. Our friend Cindy was handling most of the details and was told that she could get the same kind of vase that they used as an urn at a store cheaper than at the funeral home.
She bought this elaborately painted chinese style vase that was the only thing she found that would be close to an urn, but we both agreed that Bill would have hated it. On a whim we grabbed a cookie jar on the way to the funeral. It was a cookie jar that Bill was always trying to make off with because he loved it. It was a horse, in a sitting position, staring mournfully at the ground. For some reason Bill rellay loved that cookie jar.
At the cemetary, when they were transferring Bills reamins into the urn cindy had bought it occured to the workers that the urn wouldn't fit in the small crypt that was earmarked for his remains. Luckily, as I have said, we brought that cookie jar.
Bill rests today in Riverside Ca., in that small cubby in the wall at the Veterans cemetary, in his favorite cookie jar that is, most fittingly, a very sad looking horse.
It is Veteran's Day
I come from a family with very strong military ties, a long history of service to this country and a Love of the United States of America that is instilled into every one of us from when we are young.
We realize that this country isn't perfect, but it is a damned sight better than anything else that has been tried or even that exists.
Tracing back to the Revolution, members of my bloodline have fought in every war this country has fought. We are fiercely Patriotic, some say Nationalistic, and that is O.K., because those that call us Nationalistic usually hate this country or come from some shithole on the other side of the globe where love of country makes no sense for them. How can one love their country if it is some socialist hole with a corrupt government and lacks Freedom?
They can't, so they cannot understand someone that does love their country. You know what the funny part about that whole thing turns out to be? Almost every person I have met that doesn't understand why I love this land so fiercely has immigrated here. Then they complain about our foreign ploicy and "lack of a social net".
Anyway, I didn't get in here today and steal a spot in the rotation to bitch. I came here to point out one of the finest bits I have seen on Veteran's Day.
Go over and read Jake's article about today. Jake and his wife have the site called "Freedom Folks", and have put out a CD of 9 original patriotic songs in nine genre's, and it is pretty good.
But what he wrote today is awesome.
Thank you Jake.
Top Ten List of Reasons To Stop The ACLU
Stop The ACLU was started on February 9th, 2004. We started with high hopes, and we realized we were facing a goliath. There were many reasons why we thought the ACLU needed to be countered, and they are numerous. We wanted to provide a way to inform the public of the ACLU's agenda, as the MSM sugar coated it. We wanted to be a central database for people to gather, exchange ideas, and get actively involved in real ways of stopping them. It is a monumental task, exhausting, time consuming, and often frustrating. But it is a fight worth fighting.
We would be nothing without our supporters. To all of you, we appreciate the continued support. We have called you to action and you have answered. We raised $2,500.00 for an ad in the Washington Times, and I want to announce at this time that the check is in the mail as of Wednessday, Nov 8th. The ad should appear within the next two weeks. When it does, it will be scanned, and put up at Stop The ACLU for all to see. We will call you to action again, and again, and it is good to know that you will answer the call because you believe in this cause.
The ACLU have been laying low lately, but that is no reason to grow complacent. It is now that we should prepare to counter them. The Christmas season is around the corner, and the ACLU will be full force. Get involved in Operation Nativity.
There are many reasons to stop the ACLU. For this blogburst I decided to list my top ten list.
10. The ACLU was founded by Communist, with communist ideals, communist goals, and they continue to impose a Communist like agenda on America daily. The founder of the ACLU, Roger Baldwin stated clearly...
My chief aversion is the system of greed, private profit, privilege and violence which makes up the control of the world today, and which has brought it to the tragic crisis of unprecedented hunger and unemployment…Therefore, I am for Socialism, disarmament and ultimately, for the abolishing of the State itself…I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class and sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal."
9. The ACLU do not belive in the Second Amendment.
ACLU POLICY “The ACLU agrees with the Supreme Court’s long-standing interpretation of the Second Amendment [as set forth in the 1939 case, U.S. v. Miller] that the individual’s right to bear arms applies only to the preservation or efficiency of a well-regulated militia. Except for lawful police and military purposes, the possession of weapons by individuals is not constitutionally protected. Therefore, there is no constitutional impediment to the regulation of firearms.”ACLU Policy #47
#8. Their outright hatred of the Boyscouts. They are currently doing everything in their power to hurt this organization. They attacked their free speech right to exclude gays, and are threatening schools, and fighting in court to get their charters shut down. The oppose the military supporting them, and will sue the pants off any school that attempts to charter them.
#7. The ACLU are pro-death. Not only is the ACLU Pro-abortion, it's the ACLU's top priority. It most definitely takes a backseat to free speech for the ACLU. As a matter of fact, the ACLU has fought against the free speech rights of those that oppose it. If its abortion or euthanasia, as long as its pro-death you can count on the ACLU to support it. The only exception to the ACLU's pro-death stance, is if it is a convicted criminal; in this case they are against death.
#6. The ACLU advocate open borders. Not only have the ACLU opposed the Minute Men, a group who are simply exercizing their freedom of speech, protesting and stepping up where the government is failing, but they have helped illegals cross the border.
#5. The ACLU is anti-Christian. The list is endless on this one. Under the guise of "seperation of Church and State", the ACLU have made a name for theirself on being rabidly anti-Christian. This is one area where they are most hypocritical. The oppose tax exemptions for all churches, but fight for them for Wiccans. They are against Christianity in school, but oddly remain silent as our children are taught to be Muslims. Whether its baby Jesus, ten commandments, or tiny crosses on county seals, the ACLU will be there to secularize America, and rewrite our history.
#4. The ACLU Opposes National Security. The ACLU have opposed almost every effort in the arena of national security. From the bird flu to bag searches, the ACLU have been against it. No matter what kind of search someone tries to do to protect people, the ACLU have proved they are against them across the board. Its kind of ironic that they don't practice the principles they preach.
Take a walk into the NYCLU’s Manhattan headquarters - which it shares with other organizations - and you’ll find a sign warning visitors that all bags are subject to search.
#3. The ACLU Defend the enemy. They have a long history of this one. They defended the P.L.O. in 1985. They defended Quadafi in the 1980's. And they continue today. They have told Gitmo detainees they have the right to remain silent, as in not talking to interrogators. One issue that really disturbs me is their refusal of funds from organizations such as the United Way that were concerned the money would be used to support terrorism.
The Rockefeller Foundation’s provisions state that recipients of its funds may not “directly or indirectly engage in, promote, or support other organizations or individuals who engage in or promote terrorist activity.”
#2. The ACLU supports child porn distribution and child molesters like NAMBLA.
As legislative counsel for the ACLU in 1985, Barry Lynn told the U.S. Attorney General’s Commission on Pornography (of which Focus on the Family President Dr. James C. Dobson was a member) that child pornography was protected by the First Amendment. While production of child porn could be prevented by law, he argued, its distribution could not be.
There is no doubt the The ACLU are perverting the Constitution.
#1. The ACLU fufills its agenda using my tax money. What more can I say on this one?
There are countless reasons the ACLU needs to be stopped. So don't just stand by and complain, do something. Get involved. Here are some ways you can get involved to help us stop the ACLU.

Voter in California are Idiots....
Led by San Francisco, that bastion of Socialism and lefty shitmongers, (yes, I said "shitmongers" and I am using it in the most derogatory use possible, (you buttfucking, dengenerate, felching, nutchompers), which decided that handguns should be illegal in the city (morons) and also passed Measure I, which "encourages city officials and university administrators to exclude recruiters and create scholarships and training programs that would reduce the military's appeal to young adults", voters in California showed once again that even though they possess the right to vote, they would rather have a socialist state and lose that right.
In L.A., voters passed Measure Y, which was yet another grab for money by the L.A. Unified School District. It called for a 3.9 billion dollar bond sale, to be paid for through higher property taxes, to build more schools and other needed facilities. The problem with Measure Y is that the voters recently passed another bond issue for the LAUSD to the tune of 10 BILLION dollars, which the district hasn't gone through yet. Add in the fact that many of the improvments the district plans on making are dependent upon matching funds from the state, so look for a vote on a statewide bond measure soon, just so the citizens of the entire state can get screwed by the LAUSD.
Let us not forget two other important facts about Measure Y. One, the places where schools are needed most likely won't see them in time to do any good, as the improvments are dependent on other matching funds being raised through property taxes in the area they are built. In other words, property taxes must be collected in the area of the school that is to be built or improved, and low income areas have less property taxes so it will take longer to raise that kind of money. The LAUSD is also expecting enrollment to fall starting this year. The bonds they have gotten placed on the ballot are going to raise the property taxes on the average L.A. home by almost 600 dollars by 2009. The LAUSD just bent the voters of L.A. County over the desk and gave them the altar boy treatment, without lube, and the voters asked for it.
As for Arnies initiatives, they all failed, including one that would make it LAW for a doctor to notify the parents of a child that wants an abortion.
The Republican governor had cast the four initiatives as central to his larger vision for restoring fiscal discipline to California and reforming its notoriously dysfunctional politics. The failure of Proposition 76, his spending restraints, and Proposition 77, his election district overhaul, represented a particularly sharp snub of the governor by California voters. It also threw into question his strategy of threatening lawmakers with statewide votes to get around them when they block his favored proposals.
For an honest look at partisan bickering in California, one needs look no farther than the words used by both sides after the elections:
Arnie pledged: ""to find common ground" with his adversaries
One of those adversaries, Mike Jimenez, president of the California Correctional Peace Officers Assn, said;
"He never apologized once for trashing every one of us,"...."And I can tell you, tomorrow we're not going to apologize for the way this election turned out. Tomorrow starts Round 2."
This once great state is fast becoming a bastion of socialist fucktards that have no grasp on reality.
To the voters of California that went to the polls I say thank you for that. To the ones that don't have the sense to realize this state is in trouble and needs strong medicine to get back to being a great state, I say FUCK YOU!!!
Move to Washington or Oregon where your dumbass thieving liberal ways are tolerated, and leave my wonderful state alone.
Everyone of you should be slapped upside your stupid ass slack-jawed heads.
