    Ha-ha.

    BLANKET AMNESTY LOSES 39-60.

Some of the provisions, as I understand them so far:

    — Illegals in the United States less than two years would be required to leave immediately. If caught once, they would be subject to a misdemeanor, and if caught twice they would be charged with a felony. About 2 million to 3 million people fall into this category.
    — Illegals in the United States between two and five years would have go to one of 16 ports of entry in the United States, determined by the U.S. Visit program, and declare themselves. They would be given a temporary visa and allowed back to their U.S. residences immediately. Once in the United States, they could apply for the citizenship path spelled out in the McCain-Kennedy bill. About 3 million to 4 million people fall into this category.
    — Illegals who could prove they have been in the United States for more than five years would immediately be given guest worker status and would get on the 11-year path to citizenship. They would not have to declare themselves as guest workers. This path would be open to about 5 million illegals living in the United States.

A tip o' me tam to Raven for that one.

    So what's next?

Essentially the vote that just occurred prevents the Specter Judiciary Committee blanket amnesty bill from being allowed to have a vote for final passage.

The next big vote -- which we think will be Friday morning -- will be a cloture vote to prevent a filibuster and allow a vote on the new Hagel/Martinez amnesty bill.

Good job people. We have proven that working together this still our country, and hasn't been completely taken over by special interests and criminal aliens.

But we should send a condolence bouquet to Fox.

When in the course of events in ones communities it becomes clear that our government is not interested in fulfilling their duty to their citizens, working towards protecting us from the criminals that have ignored our laws, stolen our resources and continue to invade our country, it is the righteous duty of every citizen to stand in for those that refuse to fulfill their oaths of office and protect us from these criminals:

    And since it is the law of the land that citizens are legally obligated to carry identification that proves their legal right to be within the borders of this great country;

    And since the current administration of the government of these United States has shown a willingness to refuse to adhere to the very laws they and their predecessors have created;

    We, the undersigned legal citizens of these United States, do hereby announce that henceforth citizens arrests will commence of any and all persons found within our borders that do not have legal identification that proves their legal status to be within our borders, furthermore;

We demand that our government act immediately to ensure domestic tranquility and the application of laws equally for all persons within the jurisdiction of these United States of America and secure our borders from further incursions of persons that enter this country illegally.

That's right, I agree with the boycott.

    Especially for the kids.

Everybody listen up, on May 1st stay home from school.

Do NOT go to school. Stay home and sleep, go protest and work on that car in your driveway while hanging clothes on the line tied between the apartment building and the dead tree, and I will tell you why:

Because when you stay home from school your school loses valuable money that is used to educate your stupid asses, and maybe if your education drops to a low enough level you will be forever stuck cleaning the toilets, washing the cars and mowing the lawns of the people that know what it means to be an American, and your lower economic status will be assured, hence your power in society will be limited to threatening to leave the rest of us with long grass and dirty dishes at the restaurant.

So stay home, little latino children, and make sure your stupid frineds of whateever color do the same.....stay home, stay stupid, do American citizens that understand what it means to be American a favor....I can pay you a hell of a lot less that way.
My fellow Americans, I have the solution.

I have the solution to one of our most pressing problems, and this solution will not only solve our problems, it will show the world how kind and generous we are, and how we always take lemons, and make the best damned spiked lemonade you have ever had.

I tell you, I am so excited with this solution that I can barely type, because my hands are shaking so hard. I was sleeping fitfully, after writing so much on the criminal invasion that is upon us, and having bad dreams about Mexican deserts and red tape fiascoes, (don't ask me what it all means, it is hazy and vague....kinda' like the memory of a Tequila drunk), when suddenly the solution hit me, and I sat bolt upright, wide awake and knew I had to share this revelation with all of you.

So, the solution to all of our problems with Mexico and criminal invasion is this:

    ANNEX MEXICO!!!!

Now...before you start to scream at me let me lay out the case for annexing Mexico, and show you that the pros far outweigh the cons, and that by annexing Mexico we would solve a lot of problems, not only problems we have, but problems that others have.

Firstly, almost 100 million Mexicans live in poverty because their government is corrupt and doesn't do a good enough job of developing their resources. We can fix all of that. With Mexico annexed, their cultural corruption is going to get stamped out, because we won't be dealing with the corrupt Mexican Federale system, but rather the American system. Our corruption gets brought down, eventually.

We can develop all of the resources that Mexico has, (they have some oil, you know), and make those tourist destinations much friendlier to the world by building a water system that actually gives you water that won't leave your guys in your commode. That in and of itself would make tourism even bigger than it is now.

We could make a serious dent in the drug trade, because WE would be securing the much smaller southern border of what is now Mexico, and it would put our troops that much closer to where they need to be when the Chinese get crazy in Panama in a few years.

We would seriously cut down on criminal invasion, from most countries in the world, and as mentioned above, get rid of the corruption that runs rampant in Mexico.

People around the globe make themselves out to be liars by saying that the United States is an Imperial Power, so lets help them not be liars and start acting like it.

Sure, it would be a lot of work, but Mexico is under-developed. A treasure box just waiting to be opened.

Americans can do anything we set our minds to, and making old Mexico a great new, prosperous part of the United States will be well worth it.

Mexico won't help secure the border, and it seems most of them want to be in the United States anyway, so let's take America to them.

So join me won't you, in spreading the word. We can make Mexico ours, fix the corruption, develop the resources, make America stronger and fix a lot of problems, both current and future, all at once. It will be a lot of work, but anything worth doing is a lot of work, right?

That is my plan for fixing the problem.

    Annex Mexico!!!
Over the last few weeks, I've concentrated on the story of how the prison riots in Pulacharke affected Jack Idema, Brent Bennett and Ed Caraballo, the three U.S. citizens illegally imprisoned in Afghanistan. Of perhaps greater importance to the long-term campaign to see Idema and his men released, however, are recent events in the Afghan parliament:
Yunis Qanooni's Afghan Parliament has rejected Karzai's list of Ministers. Most of them were Afghans who returned from America, Iran, Germany, or other countries and had fled their own country during the wars against the Soviets, the Taliban, or al-Qaida. Contrary to what some people have reported, the Afghan constitution does allow the Parliament to conduct a "NO CONFIDENCE" vote against Karzai, and hold him accountable for treason under the new Constitution. They can also block the appointment of Ministers. Although it will not be officially announced until next week, Sidiq, the Supreme Court judge Jack and his team arrested for terrorism in a plot to kill then Minister Qanooni, now Chief of Parliament (equivalent to Prime Minister), has been fired. We would not be surprised if Sidiq finds himself arrested again and charged with terrorism sometime after he has left his post.
Judge Sidiq, of course, is the man Idema arrested after he was discovered with the following items on his person:
    • Photographs of Sidiq with Gulbuddin Hekmatyar
    • Bomb plans
    • Explosive detonators
    • al-Qaida and Hezb-i-Islami documents and recruiting cards
    • A letter from Taliban leader Mullah Omar
It should go without saying, then, that the removal of someone like Sidiq is a step in the right direction for Afghanistan. More to the point of this blogburst, though, is the fact that the decision to eject him from office strengthens Jack Idema's case -- Or, at least, it would do if anyone in the ever-credulous MSM bothered to cover the story.

Instead, when Sidiq gets mentioned by the media at all, it is invariably to paint him as a 'victim' of unjust imprisonment at Jack's hands. Here's the Chicago Tribune, just a couple of weeks ago, giving the terror-sympathising, disgraced judge a platform from which to reinvent himself as a victim who was imprisoned and robbed by Jack:

Moslim said he has visited Idema three times in his prison cell, where Idema has given him tea. [Siddiq] Moslim said he asks Idema to repay about $13,000, to compensate for money, jewelry and possessions Moslim lost when the Americans raided his house and took him away with seven other men. But Moslim also believes the Americans were deceived about him and deserve to be released.
"I want them to have even better treatment," Moslim said. "I don't have anything against them in my heart. But Jack should pay me my money back first."
No news, though, whether some of the 'possessions' Sidiq thinks Jack ought to 'compensate' him for included those detonators and bomb-making plans.

And no news at all on why three decent Americans are still rotting in prison for the 'crime' of detaining a man who isn't even trusted by his own parliament.

So what can we do? Well, anyone reading this with their own blog can sign up for the weekly Free Jack Idema Blogburst by emailing Cao or Rottweiler Puppy for details. I'd urge everyone to do this, as we're still terribly short on takers. If you want to know more about the story, Cao's Blog has a large section devoted to Jack Idema. There's also a timeline here, and, of course, a huge amount of information is available over at SuperPatriots, without whose work none of us would have learned about Jack's story.

Occassionally this blog become a soapbox.
OK, it is frequently a soapbox.

OKOK....this is my soapbox, so right now let me get up here and say that you need to go to Immigration Watchdog and watch these videos.

It will give you a good sense of what we, as Legal American Citizens are up against.

We are up against well organized groups of people that think nothing of lying and calling us racists because they know that the policies and laws they propose are simply to reward law breakers and make it easier for the criminals that break into our country to get away with their illegal behavior.

It is getting ever more dangerous to protest against these law breakers. They have already broken many laws, so breaking another one by attacking someone for exercising their First Amendment right is nothing to them.

But take heart, after an absence due to some health issues, I am back in the game, and will be back on the streets and in teh face of the criminals that would dare to steal our country from us.

Long Live The United States of America!!!

    Let Freedom Ring!!!!
Head on over to Euphoric Reality and turn up the speakers and watch the Best Damned Video, Period!!!!
Mad Tech posted a common sense approach to the criminal invasion and how we should handle it.

I left a comment there for another commentor that speaks of my new approach.

We need to get medievel on these criminals asses.

    Go read that.
    Words have power.

They also serve to show the truth of a situation.

There are groups of people in this country that try to make people use words to distort the truth of a situation, in order to make things they way they want them to be, and to make people believe a lie.

The people that are doing this, in this instance, are the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.

They have put out a call for the media to refrain from using certain phrases and words, in the hope of making you believe that the people sneaking into our country and stealing our resources are not criminals, but rather something else.....a citizen.

From this source we get some definitions of "citizen":

A native or naturalized member of a state or other political community

Citizenship is membership in a political community (originally a city but now usually a state), and carries with it rights to political participation; a person having such membership is a citizen.

A member of a political society who owes allegiance to the government and is entitled to its protection.

A citizen is a formal member of a political community, membership of which confers rights (such as the right of political participation) and responsibilities (adherence to the rule of law).

A person who has full rights privileges and protection of living in the United States.

The thousands of people that have been demonstrating in our streets want you to forget those definitions, and also to forget that laws are supposed to be enforced. The people that have been marching in the streets of The United States of America have been doing so while carrying the flags of other countries, thus showing their allegiance to those countries, and not the country that they are demanding recognize them as full citizens. This in and of itself shows that they have no allegiance to this country, and by the definition of citizen are not entitled to the protections of this country.

These people are demanding the rights of citizens while foregoing one of the most fundamental responsibilities of citizenship, adherence to the rule of law.

The National Association of Hispanic Journalists makes its own demands, asking the media to forego use of the word "illegal", stating that its use is "inaccurate" and further stating that use of the word "crosses the line by criminalizing the person, not the action they are purported to have committed."

So now they are saying that a person is not a criminal for breaking the law.

As one of my mentors used to say, "does that make sense?"

They point out that being here illegally is "a civil offense", but when did the laws change to make breaking a civil law not a crime?

A law is a law is a law, and if you break a law, you are a "law breaker", hence a "criminal".

    They go on to say:
Furthermore, an estimated 40 percent of all undocumented people living in the U.S. are visa overstayers, meaning they did not illegally cross the U.S. border.

Once again, they are picking at small words, for the plain fact of the matter is once your visa expires you are not supposed to be here, and once again you have broken the law.

    On to the word "alien":
While Webster's first definition of the term "alien" is in accordance with the government's interpretation, the dictionary also includes other, darker, meanings for the word, such as “a non-terrestrial being," "strange," "not belonging to one," "adverse," "hostile."

While criminal aliens certainly aren't "non terrestrial beings", and "strange" is all a matter of perspective, what we have seen in our streets the last week or two is certainly "adverse" and "hostile". All of these protests against our government doing what we expect it to do, enforce the law, are for the benefit, and with the aid of the people that are "not belonging to one", the "one" in this case being the United States of America.

This next bit is a pip:
At the 1994 Unity convention, the four minority journalism groups – NAHJ, Asian American Journalists Association, Native American Journalists Association and National Association of Black Journalists – issued the following statement on this term: "Except in direct quotations, do not use the phrase illegal alien or the word alien, in copy or in headlines, to refer to citizens of a foreign country who have come to the U.S. with no documents to show that they are legally entitled to visit, work or live here. Such terms are considered pejorative not only by those to whom they are applied but by many people of the same ethnic and national backgrounds who are in the U.S. legally."

In essence, these groups set a standard, over ten years ago, to lie to you, their readers. If someone is in this country without the proper and legal right to be here, what are they if they are not an "illegal alien?" Undocumented workers? If you do not have the proper documents that give you the legal right to work in this country, you are still an illegal alien, no matter what words are used to describe you.

    I prefer "criminal alien".

It is a very honest and accurate description of the people that have snuck into our country and broken and ignored our laws and continue to do so.

    They are criminals.

Not "illegal aliens", but NAHJ has a stance on the phrase "illegal alien":

The term criminalizes the person rather than the actual act of illegally entering or residing in the United States without federal documents. Terms such as illegal alien or illegal immigrant can often be used pejoratively in common parlance and can pack a powerful emotional wallop for those on the receiving end.

Again people, words have power, strong emotional power, but no matter what term you use to describe the people that have broken and ignored our laws, the fact remains that they are law breakers, i.e. criminals.

You can call a dog a cat but it is still gonna bark at you and refuse to purr.

Feel free to contact these people and tell them that their policy of lying has not gone unnoticed. That's what I plan to do.

If you were asked today if you agreed with the statement that it is the governments job to enforce the law, what would you say?

Would you agree with that statement?

If the government did not enforce the law, would you be angry with the government?

Would you demand they start doing their job and enforcing the law?

What if someone told you that by demanding that the government do their job you were a racist?

Would you stand, staring at them, wondering what they were smoking?

Now what if there was an organization that was dedicated to aiding the criminals that were breaking the law?

What if that organization actively worked towards stopping the government from not only enforcing the laws, but making new laws that reward criminals for their behavior?

That is exactly what International ANSWER does.

International ANSWER is actively working towards goals that over 80% of the Citizens of The United States of America stand against, namely amnesty for 12 million criminal aliens.

They also slander every legal citizen that demands the government enforce our laws as "racists", ignoring the fact that the law is color blind, and their is nothing racist in demanding that we all adhere to the same set of rules. It is called "fairness", and it is the bedrock of Law, and the foundation of this countries beliefs.

The A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition (Act Now to Stop War & End Racism) fully supports the struggle of the immigrant community to win the rights that all people should enjoy, and we denounce the racist attempts to criminalize undocumented and all immigrant people. We are an organization composed of citizens, residents and undocumented people.

The government should secure the names of the members of this group, and charge every single one of them as co-conspiritors in the massive invasion of criminal aliens that have stormed our country, ignoring our laws and stealing our resources.

They are terrorizing and criminalizing immigrants through repressive legislation, like the racist Sensenbrenner Bill, HR 4437, while instructing the police to carry out arbitrary arrests, raids and deportations. They are militarizing the U.S.-Mexico border and hoping to add 700 miles to the massive border wall. They are blocking aid for immigrants and refusing to grant drivers' licenses to undocumented workers.

We should criminalize the people that break our laws by sneaking into our country, for they are criminals. If you break a law, you are a criminal, it is that simple.

Arbitrary arrests, raids and deportation are not happening, yet, but they should be, and the fact that they haven't is part of what has caused the invasion in the first place. We are seen as weak pushovers that refuse to enforce our laws while giving away money, healthcare and education. "Undocumented workers", i.e. CRIMINAL INVADERS, should not have the legal privilege of driving, or working, or anything beyond being shipped to their homeland as quickly as possible.

Corporations and politicians want to brutalize the people who work the hardest to keep society functioning - immigrant workers. Immigrants contribute billions to the U.S. economy and many, especially the undocumented, receive no benefits in return.

We must be clear on the difference between "immigrants", and criminal immigrants. The former has made our country great. The latter is causing our hospitals to close, our schools to be over crowded, lowering the quality of education for our children, and are filling our jails, ocsting us billions more a year to try to hold onto the law and order that we are so fond of and that have made this country so great. "Undocumented aliens", i.e. the criminals that sneak in here to lower our wages and send billions back to their home countries, further affecting our economy, are allowed to secure welfare and healthcare, at your expense, when they birth their children within our borders. That's right folks, you are paying for the upkeep of criminals.

May I ask you why you continue to work?

The bottom line is that American will gladly do the work that these criminals do, and they cost us much more than they save us.

There are traitors to this country that are citizens of this country actively working towards socialist ends and aiding criminals that ignore our laws and demand to you work harder for less to help support them.

It is time to rise up, fellow Americans, and tell Washington that we will not stand idly by while our hard earned money is stolen by the parasites from third world countries that see us not as a great nation, but simply as a handout and a country that will welcome them in as long as they have the temerity to ignore what made us a great nation in the first place, our laws.
    Does that statement shock you?

It shouldn't. Click the link in the title for just one more story that proves liberalism is, at its' black little heart, hateful of the human race and twisted at its' core.

I expect some liberal simps to see this post and say "No, it is you that are hateful, Kender", and launch into a diatribe about my hate speech, when in reality all I am doing is pointing out the reality of their belief system and showing the reaer the depth of their hatred for you, the reader.

In liberalism, disagreement that paints them in an unflattering light is always "hate speech". It is simply a comical reality that their "hate speech" is also known as "The Truth."

Liberals hate humanity, and the vestige of that hate is socialism, the adherence to policies and beliefs that manifest themselves in creating a world where everyone is placed at the same sad level of existence. The reasoning seems to be, "since there isn't enough to go around, and it is unfair that some people are smarter and more capable and create a better life for themselves than others, you must be forced to give up the fruits of your labors so that others that aren't as smart, capable or even as lucky as you still have what you have."

The story linked in the title is about a professor advocating the destruction of much of mankind. How sweet. He does have a point. Over population is going to be a bigger and bigger problem, but hoping that a virus wipes out most of humanity is simply a hateful position to take.

Since over population is going to be a problem, may I suggest that this professor be the first to volunteer to aid in the reduction of the human race?

I will even buy the bullet.
